SKILLQUBE is currently the largest international training center (ITC) in Germany – Austria and Switzerland and trains up to 1500 people in standardised courses. Since the beginning, we were working hard to keep the performance from our instructors and students as high as possible.
As ITC of the AHA, we are also allowed to train instructors for e.g. BLS, ACLS and PALS Provider courses. The mentioned faculty takes care of all the Instructors in our network, also including the Instructors from our more than 40 International Training Sites.
Through a new quality offense by the American Heart Association, we developed our faculty in supervision from the AHA. We got the change to be involved early in the process and therefore had the chance to give some insights into the market situation.
The training included organizational tips and tricks for the training and further qualification of instructors and was held due to corona in a really exciting setting. We connected 5 people through 4 countries and made different distance simulation sessions in our office in Wiesloch, Germany.
We will now gradually train other team members and are happy to see the new perspectives in our training courses.
